Description
Riverside is looking for a highly motivated and reliable Bookkeeper to join our finance team in TLV to operate the Bookkeeping for the US. In this role, you will work closely with the company's finance and management teams. We require an individual who is hardworking, has excellent attention to detail, and has a positive working attitude.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, and fixed assets.
Manage bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Responsible for Account Payable – processing new vendors, recording invoices, and preparing payments.
Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation for the monthly closing process.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper in a high-tech SAAS company.
Experience with ERP systems.
Knowledge of US Taxation is preferred.
Fluent in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment.
Very high attention to detail.
Curious, service-oriented, and friendly approach with internal and external stakeholders.
