Requirements:
- Role Overview:
- The Business Development team is one of the main growth engines of the company, with 15+ BDs securing a big part of our SMB and Enterprise revenue.
- For the first three months we will provide you with all the training and tools needed to succeed.
- Your goal will be to create opportunities for the company, by bringing in the right people from the right companies, and starting the conversation.
- You will need to research accounts, identify use cases, find the right decision makers and champions within the company, and connect with them (via email, phone calls, social media, etc). When needed you’ll need to develop long term relationships with key stakeholders.
- You’ll need to develop a deep understanding of the Riverside product, and our clients needs, and channel that into clear, short, value packed messaging.
- You’ll do high volume, high quality, highly personalized messaging.
What will your day to day look like:
- You’ll do research using all the top database tools in the market.
- Doing high volume, high quality, highly personalized outreach to prospects - via email, phone calls and LinkedIn.
- Replying to emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Keeping up with tasks, following up with prospects and nurturing long term relationships.
- Working closely with your manager on any opportunities created.
- Working with your teammates on workflows, and day to day practices.
- Joining team and company meetings.
- From time to time you will also play scattergories!
