On your day to day

In this role, you'll lead a strong development team, balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership. You'll drive high-performance, maintainable web applications while defining architecture, scalability, and feature strategies. Beyond development, you'll oversee sprints, ensure code quality, and collaborate across teams to align business needs with engineering goals.
