We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Inbound SDR to join our Growth team! This role is a blend of traditional business development and cutting-edge growth marketing. What You’ll Do
- Turn Leads into Opportunities: Connect with and nurture inbound leads to create SQLs, turning interest into meaningful business opportunities.
- Test & Innovate: Experiment with messaging, acquisition playbooks, and outreach strategies to find what resonates.
- Strategize Outreach: Develop, innovate, and refine outreach strategies that drive results through various mediums.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the Growth team and other departments to align efforts and share insights.
Requirements:
- Customer-Facing Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as SDR, customer success, or account management.
- Exceptional Communicator: Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Marketing Knowledge: A strong understanding of marketing programs such as webinars, events, and content-driven lead generation.
- Sales Savvy: Persuasive and engaging, with a knack for crafting compelling messages and holding productive conversations.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using AI, CRMs, live chat tools, and prospecting platforms.
- Independent & Collaborative: A self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven Prospector: Experience with outreach strategies to connect with and engage potential leads.
