On your day to day
You’ll own and execute influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to performance tracking, collaborating with influencers across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Develop scalable frameworks to manage partnerships, ensuring campaigns can grow and scale. Work closely with internal teams (Creative, SEO, Product) to align campaigns with Riverside’s mission and maintain cohesive messaging. Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, measure success, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements:
What Will Make You Stand Out?
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a related role with a proven track record
- Strong negotiation skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize performance and ROI
- Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns and relationships
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate about marketing partnerships and creative production
- Collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills and a results-oriented approach
