About the Data Team

From analytics and business intelligence to data pipelines and predictive models, we turn raw information into real impact. On your day to day

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who is proactive, curious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about building and scaling a business. You will have a direct impact on the direction of the Marketing team, and become a partner for revenue growth. You will use your analytical skills and business understanding to shed light on undiscovered issues and opportunities that can literally change the trajectory of Riverside. 

  • Proactively identify growth and optimization opportunities that Management, Marketing and Sales teams would be able to act upon fast. 
  • Lead projects such as price optimization, marketing qualified leads prediction, activation analysis, go to market strategy and deriving insights from our current customer base.
  • Define input metrics and output metrics to measure the progress of our business performance and operations.
  • Build innovative data products from the ground up



What Will Make You Stand Out?

  • +4 years of experience as a Business/Sales//Marketing/Growth Analyst in a technology company (must).  
  • Strong knowledge of business and product processes and how to translate business needs into research questions and models. 
  • Experience in analyzing sales and marketing funnels and metrics. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in common statistical analysis methods.
  • Proficiency using SQL for data querying and manipulation, Python (big plus)
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of success in quantitative fields
  • Capable of collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
