Role Overview:
Riverside’s Data & Analytics Team believes there is a better way to make data useful rather than creating endless dashboards. We are looking for new team members that share our passion for in-depth analysis and for finding new radical ways to build scalable and trustworthy data solutions, helping every team in the organization make faster and better decisions.
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who is proactive, curious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about building and scaling a business. You will have a direct impact on the direction of the Marketing team, and become a partner for revenue growth. You will use your analytical skills and business understanding to shed light on undiscovered issues and opportunities that can literally change the trajectory of Riverside.
What you will be doing:
- Proactively identify growth and optimization opportunities that Management, Marketing and Sales teams would be able to act upon fast.
- Lead projects such as price optimization, marketing qualified leads prediction, activation analysis, go to market strategy and deriving insights from our current customer base.
- Define input metrics and output metrics to measure the progress of our business performance and operations.
- Build innovative data products from the ground up.
Requirements:
- +2 years of experience as a Business/Sales//Marketing/Growth Analyst in a technology company (must).
- Strong knowledge of business and product processes and how to translate business needs into research questions and models.
- Experience in analyzing sales and marketing funnels and metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in common statistical analysis methods.
- Proficiency using SQL for data querying and manipulation, Python (big plus)
- Detail-oriented with a track record of success in quantitative fields
- Capable of collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
