Description
Riverside empowers creators and businesses to create high-quality audio and video content. Since launching, we have experienced rapid growth and are trusted by customers such as Spotify, NY Times, NBC, CNN, and iHeartMedia.
We are looking for a product marketer to join our Marketing team. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution where you’ll own products and campaigns end-to-end.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct market, competitive, audience, and use case research to inform our marketing strategy and product development
- Own the messaging architecture of the company; ensuring messaging is always up-to-date with the most current customer, competitor, and market insights, as well as target segments and customer segmentation and persona definition
- Partner with the product team from inception to launch on product features, with an eye toward company strategy, differentiators, and customer needs.
- Identify revenue opportunities and act on them (i.e. new use cases, restructured partnerships, new features, or reimagined audience segments)
- Collaborate with our demand gen and creative teams to inform the targeting and messaging of new campaigns
- Work with Sales, CSM, and Support to channel structured insights
Requirements:
Who you are:
- 4+ years of product marketing experience, with 2+ years working at a B2B SaaS company
- You have owned the product marketing of a product or product line
- Creative marketer with storytelling capabilities
- Strong communicator (verbal and written) that can turn research into actionable insights
- Cross-functional skills to build processes and work with product, sales, and support
Bonus:
- Worked in the audio/video/media industry
- Experience with a PLG and sales-assisted motion
