About the sales enablement team:
equips the sales organization with the training, tools, and strategies needed to drive success. They collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective messaging. With a data-driven approach, they optimize processes, enhance performance, and create a high-impact sales environment.
On your day-to-day:
You will build and run a sales enablement machine, collaborating with leadership to develop and refine impactful programs. You'll train, onboard, and equip sales reps with the right content and resources to accelerate their success. Ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams, you’ll drive clear communication and strategic execution. Using data-driven insights, you'll track performance, identify gaps, and continuously optimize the enablement strategy while managing and improving the sales tech stack for seamless efficiency.
Requirements:
What Will Make You Stand Out?
- 3+ years of experience in a high-performance SaaS sales organization, specializing in sales, enablement, or learning and development.
- Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training; a sales background is a big advantage.
- Experience with content management and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong internal relationships with sales and marketing teams.
- Strong executor with exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, resourceful, fast learner, and highly motivated to drive impact.
