On your day to day

We are looking for a brilliant and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about technology and making an impact.

You will work in a distributed and diverse team, and will be working in a core part of our application, where most of the content of our users is being created where stability and performance are key.

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing user focused features in the studio, and guarantee the best possible experience for our recording and live-call experience. This role involves working primarily with Typescript, React and Redux, utilizing AWS for cloud services and MongoDB for data management. You will also extensively use Nest.js to write and maintain microservices. The key tasks include designing and implementing new features, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated across all parts of the platform to enhance the overall user experience. In addition, the developer will build a real-time communication application using cutting edge web technology.

• Full-Stack Development: Build and deploy frontend and backend code that supports growth initiatives, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly turn ideas into MVPs for testing and validation, using an agile and iterative approach.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with analytics tools to gather insights, track KPIs, and make informed decisions that fuel growth.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, product, design, and data teams to identify opportunities and run experiments.
• Contribute to the Growth Strategy: Bring your technical expertise and creativity to brainstorm and prioritize growth opportunities that align with business goals.

• What Will Make You Stand Out?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 6+ years software development, React Experience
• Proven expertise in Node.js and Javascript
• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with Websockets, WebRTC, MediaStream and other browser APIs related to audio and video a significant advantage
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and AWS
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize complex systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in English, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality
• Experience with WebRTC, MediaStream and other browser APIs related to audio and video - a big advantage!
