Description
Riverside empowers creators and businesses to create high-quality audio and video content. Since launching, we have experienced rapid growth and are trusted by customers such as Spotify, NY Times, NBC, CNN, and iHeartMedia.
We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our Marketing team. This role combines SEO expertise with strong content and product marketing skills. You’ll be responsible for launching successful SEO campaigns to grow our SERP visibility and revenue from organic Search.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and execute the SEO strategy and roadmap
- Audit existing content and take action to improve performance
- Own the SEO content creation and distribution process: creating briefs, copywriting, writing, editing, and promoting content to grow our organic visibility
- Develop data-led and thought leadership content to increase our authority and improve content performance
- Analyze performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Identify gaps in our current SEO strategy and propose actions to ensure discoverability and growth through Search
- Create regular SEO and Content reports, reporting on keyword movements, traffic, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
- Collaborate with external and internal teams to deliver projects on time
- Onboard and manage external resources
Requirements:
Who you are:
- You are a Content and SEO expert, with extensive editorial and SEO experience in a commercial environment (5+ years)
- You can demonstrate successfully hitting organic growth goals through SEO and content marketing strategies
- You have a killer instinct for building quality content
- You have examples of building efficient SEO and Content campaigns
- You are an advanced user of Google platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- You have experience in managing external resources
- You have strong project management skills
Nice-to-have:
- Worked in the audio/video/media industry
- Experience with Webflow
- Good understanding of UX
- Working knowledge of HTML
