About the role - Sourcer for Sales and Business roles
You will work closely with our hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners to develop creative sourcing strategies to find the best talents within the sales world - hiring Account Executives, Business Development, Client Success, etc. You should find unique ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research and invest in attracting passive candidates through a highly engaged approach.

Requirements:
- At least 2 year of Go To Market roles hiring experience as a talent source in a recruitment agency/high-tech company
- Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
- Hands-on experience in a wide range of sourcing strategies and practices - database mining and searches experience in a variety of platforms (social networks, X-ray tool, boolean search, internal database, etc.)
- Proven ability and experience in engaging passive candidates
- Easy adopter of new technologies
