Now, we’re on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Canada who’s excited to help us scale our global team with top-tier talent. If you love the thrill of finding those exceptional candidates, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and crafting a candidate experience that people rave about, you might be the person we’re looking for.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with hiring managers across functions (think: engineering, product, marketing, design, and more) to deeply understand team needs and build hiring strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding support.
- Source passive candidates using creative channels—LinkedIn is just the beginning.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, making every touchpoint intentional, inclusive, and human.
- Collaborate with People Ops and Employer Branding to bring Riverside’s story to life and attract the best talent.
- Help us refine our hiring processes and tools as we scale.

Requirements:
- At least 2 year of Sales hiring experience as a talent source in a recruitment agency / high-tech company
- Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
- Hands-on experience in a wide range of sourcing strategies and practices - database mining and searches experience in a variety of platforms (social networks, X-ray tool, boolean search, internal database, etc.)
- Proven ability and experience in engaging passive candidates
- Easy adopter of new technologies
