Responsibilities:
- Directly engage with top talent in order to attract and close hard to fill positions
- Provide extensive market insights regarding the local and international talent pool
- Be our talent sourcing go-to person and share your expertise with the team
- Build robust processes to keep track on current and future prospects
Requirements:
- Experience at a Talent Sourcer or a related position from in-house, agency, out-staffing or outsourcing companies (bonus points for experience with R&D positions)
- Proven track record of attracting and closing hard to fill positions
- Deep understanding of the Israeli talent market trends
- Creativity and out of the box thinking
