We are growing fast and need help! We're looking for a temp / freelance recruiter to join the team and hire leading tech roles.

We are looking for a talent acquisition magician, who will help us for 6 month with our hyper-growth. We invest a LOT of consideration into hiring, and your role’s responsibilities will have a huge impact on helping us build an amazing team to make our vision come true!
About the role
We are looking for someone who will:
- Be in charge of the sourcing channels for your profiles - Managing a variety of sources and actively sourcing.
- Manage the full recruitment process for multiple roles, from interviews to onboarding new hires
- Create an amazing candidate experience
- Advise and partner closely with hiring managers
- Be involved in People initiatives and processes as a part of our small yet mighty People team
- Be an ambassador for our culture and play a major role in achieving the company’s growth goals!
- Thought partner for recruitment and other people processes

Requirements:
What you bring to the table
- Energetic, smiley people’s person with great communication skills in Hebrew and English - MUST
- Passion for recruitment and HR - MUST
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical recruiter at a software company - MUST
- A high level of English and Hebrew - MUST
- Experience working with Comeet - a big advantage
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Experience with technical recruitments - a big advantage
