What happens after I submit my application?
I have all the qualifications listed, but I wasn’t offered an interview, why?
What should I expect in the hiring process?
Our interview process is thorough and role-specific, involving:
- Initial Screening Call: A discussion with a recruiter about your background, career goals, and role suitability.
- Technical or Role-Specific Assessments: Depending on the role, this includes two to three interviews with potential future managers, which may involve coding challenges, problem-solving exercises, case studies, or task-based assignments.
- Behavioral Interviews: To understand how you approach challenges, collaborate with teams, and demonstrate key competencies related to the role, review fit, expectations, and long-term potential.
Remote interviews will be conducted using the Riverside platform. Your recruiter will be with you every step of the way, providing support and guidance to make the process meaningful, and positive.
